How do I join?
If you already have a registered account with us, you're automatically enrolled — no additional steps are required. If you're new, simply create an account and you'll automatically join the loyalty program.
How do I earn store credit?
Registered customers earn 5–10% store credit on eligible purchases, depending on their loyalty level.
How can I use my store credit?
Your available store credit can be used toward future purchases while signed in to the account that earned it. No promotional code is required.
How does it work?
Your reward rate increases based on your loyalty level:
Basic
Earn 5% store credit
Example: spend £200 and receive £10 in store credit.
Premium
Earn 10% store credit
Example: spend £200 and receive £20 in store credit.
Do store credits expire?
No. Your earned store credit does not expire and remains available until it is used.
Loyalty Program Terms
- The loyalty program is available to registered customers only.
- Store credit becomes active 24 hours after an eligible purchase.
- Store credit is linked to the email address associated with the customer account.
- Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Store credit is earned on eligible purchases only.
- Members must be 18 years of age or older.
- Accounts may be reviewed for misuse, fraud or suspicious activity.
- Accounts with no activity for more than one year may be closed.
- Unused earned store credit does not expire.
